Grave on Day of The Dead

A freshly-decorated grave on the Day of the Dead in the cemetery in Ajijic, Mexico. While some are more akin to the graves found north of the border, many Mexican graves are elaborate standing structures that approach small homes for the dead. In this grave, the hand-written sign taped to the shrine of Jesus declares, "Prohibited to enter or sleep here."
