Day of the Dead Ofrenda

An elaborate street-side offering, called an ofrenda, memorializes the lives of 15 family members during the Day of the Dead in Ajijic, Mexico. Photos of the deceased are placed among a variety of offerings meant as a welcoming gesture to the dead, including Mexican marigolds, bottles of Tequila, fruits, favorite foods and other effects that were once special to the living.
